Who we are and information we process
TikStream provides live streaming tools. We process account details you supply, your email, name and picture when provided by a sign-in provider, stream settings, designs and uploaded files. Connected streams and services may provide viewer names, pictures, comments, interactions, gifts and statistics needed for the selected tools.
Google and email sign-in
Google sign-in uses basic identity, email and profile information to create and authenticate your account. We do not request access to Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files. Email sign-in uses your address to deliver a verification code through our authentication and email providers.
Purpose
We use information to operate your account, save preferences, display stream tools, comments, rankings and statistics, provide support and protect the service against abuse. Widgets you share or broadcast may be visible to others; keep your display links private.
Providers and Google user data
We use Supabase for authentication, Resend for sign-in emails, and OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting. Integrations you choose and an assistant provider, when used, may receive information needed to fulfil your request. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training general-purpose models. Its use is limited to disclosed application features and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and security
Session cookies and preference storage support sign-in and service functions. Disabling them may prevent those functions. We use HTTPS and access controls, although no online service can eliminate every security risk.
Retention and your choices
We retain account information and settings needed to provide the service, and operational and security records when necessary. Contact us below to request access, correction or account deletion; we may verify account ownership. Information required for legal or security purposes may be retained, and backups may remain until their retention cycle completes. You can also revoke TikStream access in your Google account settings.
Processing location and changes
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. We update this page when practices change and show the revision date. Contact us before sharing sensitive information that is unnecessary for the tools.
